MAN AND PAN
PAELLA: SPANISH PEASANT DISH WITH ANCIENT ROOTS
We love serving people – in all sorts of ways. We love as-local-as-we-can-get food. And we love tradition. Pulled from the weekly Sunday evening potlucks our founder took part in as a youngster, we have brought paella to the masses. Everyone enjoys this Spanish peasant dish, espcially when it can be customized to your customer’s taste – meat-based, vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan. Using calasparra rice, saffron, olive oil, and a combination of meat, seafood, vegetables, and beans, we can serve small, intimate gatherings or large 50,000+ festivals. Take part in our tradition – join us at the table.

MITTEN FIRED PIZZA COMPANY
Fire can mean many different things. It can be a gathering place for friends, a sense of home and warmth wherever people go, or the beginning of a delicious meal. At Mitten Fired Pizza company, we believe that it should represent all three. Our pizza chef has been a top vendor at regional festivals from Harvest Gathering to Hoxeyville to our own Traverse City Microbrew & Music Festival. Our pizza is made in a transportable wood fired oven, which for the last 10 years has supported SEEDS, a local non-profit dedicated to enabling and educating youth in sustainable, environmentally-minded practices. With support from local farmers and suppliers, and the love of the people we are proud to call friends, we aim to show the world everything beautiful about Michigan. This truck is the fruit of collaboration and showcases partnerships we’re incredibly proud of, as well as bolstering our youth empowerment efforts.
